Labels & Log Sheets

Build cryogenic tube labels with compound, lot, concentration and dates, and print a freeze/thaw withdrawal log for an aliquot box.

Everything on this page runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to our server.

Tube label maker

Fill in the fields, preview the label, then print a sheet sized for common 2 × 1 inch cryogenic labels, or copy the text into your own label printer software. See Laboratory Labeling for what each field is for.

Nothing you type leaves your browser. Print on cryo-rated label stock for frozen tubes; ordinary paper labels detach at −80 °C.

Freeze/thaw and withdrawal log

Keep one log per stock or aliquot box. Record every time material leaves the freezer, even briefly. See Freeze/Thaw Cycles.

Count every warm-up above the storage band as one cycle, even if the tube was not opened. Retire the aliquot at the cycle limit your validation supports.
